Do you want to lose weight?

Weight loss is in every ones mind. we all look in the mirror at some point and think to ourselves, if only I was a bit thinner. it happens !!!. Everyone in my family talk about weight issues all the time which is why I like to talk about it. I try to do my best to give you accurate advice and reviews.

That's all I can do because at the end of the it's you who has to take action. This is the hardest thing to do
TAKING ACTION. You might get the best advice in the world from a health expert but if you don't put it to use nothing will happen. Some people take action but only for a short term usually   1-2 weeks. They give up afterwards because they don't see the change that they would like or they lose motivation which is another big factor if you want to be successful.

To lose weight without losing motivation is not easy. the main thing is that you go for a advanced exercise and diet routine and you can't carry it on so you give up. What you should do is start simple. Create your own Exercise table which is easy for you to follow. I suggest something like this:

Monday
  • Jog 30 Min's
Wednesday
  • Jog 45 Min's or cycle 45 Min's
Friday
  • Fast paced run for 10 Min's
  • Walk 10 Min's
  • Jog 10 Min's
this is a good place to start as it will ease you into the exercises and wont stress your body too much. I've split the days up so you get a rest in between the exercises and you can also relax on the weekends. If you are busy on these days you can rearrange them to suit yourself but in my experience this works best. As you become more comfortable with the exercises you can add your own variation or just simply increase the activities.

The second step is to get yourself eating right. You need to mix your meals up and increase you fruit and veg. I suggest you have at least 5 different fruits a day and always have vegetable with your main meals. You also need to have a mixture of:
  • carbohydrates
  • diary
  • protein
  • trans fat (healthy fat)
  • fibre
